3000 Series

The 3000 Series pad has a 1/4" grey wool felt on top, a core of open cell memory foam between two layers of closed cell foam. You have your choice of bottom with 1/4" grey wool felt or 1/4 " closed cell foam.

Since open cell foam is like a sponge we encase it between two layers of closed cell foam to keep moisture from getting into the memory foam. This combination will relieve any pressure points, provide excellent shock absorption and return to its original thickness.  This is our best pad and probably the best pad you can buy. The only way to improve on this pad would be to replace the closed cell foam with our air gel foam.  This pad will conform to the saddle and the horses back. The core will reshape each time it is used and will not break down.  This pad is excellent for roping, ranching, barrel racing or any other discipline. This pad is great for poor fitting saddles and can be customized for any fitting problems.

We are confident this will be the best saddle pad you will ever use.

2000 Series

The 2000 Series of Wade saddle pad has a 1/4" grey wool felt on top, a core of poly felt with a 1/4" closed cell foam under the poly felt to keep the moisture from getting into the poly felt. You have a choice on the bottom of 1/4" grey wool felt or 1/4" closed cell foam.

This pad gives you the durability of wool felt on top with the advantages of a poly felt core. The poly felt core will conform to both the saddle and horses back. The fibers in the poly felt will reshape each time it is used and will not mat down. The layer of foam between the poly felt core and the bottom of the pad keeps moisture from the core making it easier to clean.
This pad is superior to the solid wool felt pads that are so popular today because pressed wool felt never stops felting which means it gets thinner and harder with each use. Poly felt fibers will not mat down or get hard. The 2000 series is an excellent pad. It is very durable with good shock absorption and will conform to your saddle and horse.

1000 Series

The 1000 series of Wade saddle pad has a 1/4" wool felt on top with a core of closed cell foam and a 1/4" wool felt or 1/4" closed cell foam bottom.

This pad is very lightweight and will conform to your saddle and horse. It is an excellent pad for any use and has good shock absorbing properties.  The biggest advantage this pad has over our other pads is its light weight while providing excellent protection. We have been making this pad for over 15 years. The foam we are now using is the best we have found. It is very durable with just the right compression resistance for excellent shock absorbing while conforming to the saddle and horse.
